Prayers

My mother had seven fractures in her skull and no brain activity. the doctors had given up hope and wanted to disconnect life support. What could I do? I felt so helpless and desperate.

God was my only resource for help. I was a single mom with no child support and I surely needed my mom for emotional support. She was the only one who told me I was good enough and smart enough to accomplish anything I tried to do.

So I pulled up a chair and prayed over mom all night on my knees, begging God to bring her back to me.

And in the morning as the light filtered into the room, Mom was awake! She was looking right at me. She was back! God really does answer prayers.
